FashionArchive.net processes, fulfills, and ships orders in accordance with the timelines and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy. All shipping timeframes referenced herein are estimates only, are expressed in business days, and exclude weekends, holidays, and non-business days. Shipping timelines begin once an order has been processed and released for shipment, not at the time the order is placed.

Most orders are processed and shipped within an estimated timeframe of five (5) to ten (10) business days. Certain products may qualify for an optional fast shipping service, in which case such orders may be processed and shipped within an estimated timeframe of one (1) to five (5) business days. Eligibility for fast shipping is determined on a per-product basis and may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

All shipping timelines, processing periods, and delivery estimates are subject to change and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors including, but not limited to, inventory availability, order verification, volume fluctuations, carrier capacity, customs procedures, weather conditions, governmental actions, labor disruptions, supply chain interruptions, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of FashionArchive.net. FashionArchive.net shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information may be provided where available. FashionArchive.net is not responsible for delays, losses, or failures in delivery caused by third-party carriers after an order has been tendered for shipment. Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates only and are outside of FashionArchive.net’s control.

FashionArchive.net reserves the right to modify shipping methods, carriers, fulfillment locations, and processing timelines at its discretion. Orders may be shipped in multiple packages or from different locations, and such fulfillment methods do not constitute a breach of this policy.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise expressly stated in our Terms and Conditions. In the event an order cannot be fulfilled due to inventory unavailability, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with our refund policies.
