REFUND POLICY

FashionArchive.net offers refund eligibility on all purchases, subject to review and approval in accordance with this policy and our Terms and Conditions. All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to ensure compliance with our standards for condition, usage, and transaction integrity.

Refunds may be approved where items are returned in their original condition, without signs of wear, alteration, damage, or misuse, and where the request complies with all stated return requirements. Items returned in a condition inconsistent with how they were originally shipped may be deemed ineligible for refund.

FashionArchive.net reserves the right to deny refund requests that are determined to be excessive, abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with fair use of our return process. Refund eligibility may also be affected by a customer’s transaction history or prior refund activity.

In the event that an item is found to be out of stock, unavailable, or unable to be fulfilled after purchase, a full refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method. This refund constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy for such occurrences.

Refunds, where approved, are issued to the original form of payment. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution. All refund determinations made by FashionArchive.net are final and non-appealable.
